Close the notebook in OneDrive. Export a notebook using OneDrive Web app OneDrive allows you to export your notebook as a zip archive using only a web browser. Export a notebook using Outline for Mac Open your notebook in Outline for Mac and wait while it fully syncs. Outline for Mac currently doesn't have "Export" or "Change Location" feature, but you can easily access your notebook files in the app cache folder. Please do not change or modify files in this folder.

Pictures helped. Didn't match my screen. Make sure the folder contents appear in List view, not as thumbnails. Tap More next to the file you want to save and then tap Save.

You can also select multiple files by pressing and holding one photo or video, then tapping the circle next to additional file names to check them. Tap More in the upper right corner, then tap Save. Tap the arrow at Save to this location to see folders on your device. Pick a folder for the downloaded files, then tap Save. In the OneDrive app, open the folder that has the photos or videos you want to download. Select a photo or video.

In the OneDrive app, select the check box of the file or files that you want. For Windows phones, tap and hold the file you want to download, then select the check boxes for any additional files you want. Select Download. Click that. Doesn't work on Mac if you are using One Drive version of it. This post superuser. Currently there is no right click menu on that site. Just the standard browser right click menu — ElectricLlama. ElectricLlama I'm using chrome and I see no problem right clicking on any of the notebooks I have. Maybe try another browser if it doesn't work? Neither chrome nor edge give me a context menu 1drv. This copy will no longer be in sync with the online copy of the notebook. This didn't work as there's no option to export. This isn't just synced, this is Office online. I added a screenshot with the export option. You need to open OneNote for Desktop, not online. Even in desktop, if you open an "online" notebook, you get no export options. This is most likely relevant to the author, who comments that there is no option for export. Those concerned by this may wish to vote for backup options to be added to OneNote for Mac here: onenote. Why does it not apply to the author?
