Ipad download large files

Many folders are going to be larger than 1 GB. This is frustrating. I want to just start a download of all my "Clients" folders I'm a lawyer and let it go for half a day or so. Is there some workaround?

What if it is just 60MB? I don't have unlimited LTE but I have downloaded a large file and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg and it didn't throttle me.

Generally speaking a movie is quite large. Usually from iTunes they are over 1GB in size. If you are limited, anything above your allowance will cost extra. If you are unlimited then you'll likely get throttled when you reach a certain threshold. I have a 6GB monthly plan and I'm able to keep track of my usage without someone else's assistance.

I do realize that going over costs me more but again it is up to me to manage that. I have also downloaded over 50MB updates on my iPad using the hotspot on my iPhone which makes the whole limit thing kind of silly. Time for Apple to remove it. I forgot you were going to school full-time, you have a free pass for every day until June. Unless you go to summer school. Yes, my wife has gotten throttled at 5GB usage in the Chicago area with her grandfathered unlimited data plan.
